Meditation has been an will always be the greatest tool I have found upon my journey through life.
I found my self in the beautiful art of meditation. Our minds are so full of noise, so full of distractions, that we spend very little time, if any, really experiencing the perfection of the present moment.
Meditation is an ancient spiritual practice that is both rewarding and very challenging at the same time.
Just as we try anything for the first time we find it a little bit difficult, but when we allow time and apply discipline to braking old habits and focusing the mind on stillness, we find something very interesting.
We go through much growth and transformation by simply having the courage to sit with your own mind.
To listen and to see where it is you hold resistance, where you hold pain, where you hold fear and allow yourself to find peace within.
Meditation brings so much it is infinite and eternal there is no one thing it does. And no thing that it does Not do.
Meditation is whatever you need it to be for you rite now.
It allows you the time to stop and to simply be, to be rite here rite now and to let go off all that pulls you out of this moment.
It opens us up to experiencing something that is not outside of ourself, but guides us back inwards to the sacred heart and teaches us truth.
To awaken to truth once more, we have forgotten our way and felt so disconnected from all of life. When we take time to consciously plug back in we can recharge. Reboot and let go finally of all that heaviness we have carried around for so very long.
We can finally open our eyes, open our ears to see to hear the guidance of your own soul.
That has always been there, just that you havnt been listening, you ask for help and ask for answers yet don’t stop to listen for the answers.
Always distracting and never focused and clear on what is rite now. The one true thing is always rite here everything you look for is rite here with you in this moment.
Never separate, never alone always perfect always hole and complete.
Ohhhh meditation I thank you now and forever for what you teach us.
All we need to know is love.

For thousands of years people have used meditation to move beyond the mind’s stress-inducing thoughts and emotional upsets into the peace and clarity of present moment awareness. The variety of meditation techniques, traditions, and technologies is nearly infinite, but the essence of meditation is singular: the cultivation of mindful awareness and expanded consciousness.
These are the ultimate precious gifts of meditation, yet people are initially drawn to meditation for many different reasons. Some start meditating for benefits of lowered blood pressure, stress reduction, deepening connection with the self, connection the life and the beautiful earth we live on, and of course a beautiful restful sleep. Others come to meditation seeking relief from the fearful, angry, or painful thoughts that constantly flood their mind. Still others come to meditation to find greater self-understanding, to increase their intuitive powers, or to improve their ability to concentrate.
It is accurate to say that the purpose of meditation depends on the meditator – but it is also true that anyone who meditates regularly receives profound benefits on all of these levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
